Skilled outside sales representative for sales to clients in Latin and South America
This immediately available full-time position has training and active management to help assist in maximizing your potential. You will be working to support existing customers and to develop new business. This is a high growth opportunity to work in a small team with great compensation, includes a base salary, commission and health insurance.
The preferred candidate will be fluent (spoken/written) in Portuguese and Spanish and must have excellent inter-personal skills with a minimum of 2 years experience in design-related outside sales. Industry knowledge and a successful track record are essential. Additional qualifications include:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Existing knowledge of high-end interior furniture, lighting and accessories
- A love for décor and the ability to convert that into compelling reasons to buy
- 2 or more years of successful outside sales experience in a related area
- Ability to manage an assigned sales territory and meet sales goals on a monthly basis
- Proven success in developing new business by expanding your customer base (references)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail

You will be working to assist the sales team and liase with existing customers. This is a high growth opportunity to work in a small team with a competitive salary, and health insurance.
The preferred candidate must have excellent inter-personal skills with a minimum of 2 years experience in a design-related sales assistant role.
Additional qualifications and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, detail orientated, works well within a team
- Ability to oversee and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments daily
- Capable of taking the initiative to follow up on and resolve issues related to customers orders
- Coordination with production department to maintain and manage sample approval processes, order progress
- Advanced administrative support - data processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks (must)
- 2 or more years of successful sales assistant experience in a related area
